Remove the lid, and place the foil tray holding the vegetables into a preheated, fan forced oven @ 175 degrees for 15 minutes
This is a side serving of 240 grams of roasted vegetables, enpugh for one adult or two small children
Delivered fresh, cooked and chilled. Refrigerate asap and consumer within (3) days. Can be frozen, but best to do so within 24 hours of delivery
