Remove plastic lidding film and place the tray in a preheated fan forced oven at 175C for 35 minutes. If the Tuna Bake has been thawed reduce heat time in the oven to (15) minutes. Alternatively, heat from thawed in a microwave, leaving lidding film on, for (3) minutes
Large portion of 500 grams. Will satisfy one adult or two small children
Delivered frozen. Place in your freezer intact and with lid sealed asap and consumer within (6) months. Consume within (3) days once thawed and refrigerated
