Lamb, eggplant, brown onion, garlic, lamb mince, tomato paste, oregano, cinnamon, thyme leaves, bay leaf, red wine, beef stock, crushed tomatoes, sugar, butter, gluten free flour, milk, nutmeg, parmesan, salt & pepper, vegetable oil

Remove plastic lidding film and place the tray in a preheated fan forced oven at 175C for 35 minutes. If the Moussaka has been thawed reduce heat time in the oven to (15) minutes. Alternatively, heat from thawed in a microwave, leaving lidding film on, for (3) minutes.

Delivered frozen. Place in your freezer intact and with lid sealed asap and consumer within (6) months. Consume within (3) days once thawed and refrigerated
