Defrost the schnitzel. Once thawed, remove the schnitzel from its container, heat oil in a pan, and when the oil is hot and sizzling, place the schnitzel in the pan, cooking each side at a medium to high heat for roughly six minutes, making sure the raw product is cooked through. If you have a cooking thermometer, the internal temperature should read 70 degrees. Whilst the chicken schnitzel is cooling place the mash, greens and gravy in the microwave for (2) minutes. Serve, eat and enjoy!

Delivered as both a frozen and chilled product. The schnitzel is vacuum packed and frozen prior to delivery. The mash, greens and gravy are all delivered chilled. Refrigerate asap and consumer within 3 days once the schnitzel has thawed. Alternatively the mash, greens and gravy can all be frozen as well, but best to do so within 24 hours of delivery
