If you have a smaller appetite, you will only need the Compact size. Folks with a bigger hunger will want the Hearty portion. Most will find the Mid Size meal does the trick!
Delivered fresh, cooked and chilled. Refrigerate asap and consumer within 3-4 days. Can be frozen, but best to do so within 24 hours of delivery
